Do you accept checks or echecks?
We do not accept paper checks. We do accept echecks. When you reach the payment checkout screen, you’ll see this, just above the option to use a credit card:
Simply add your routing number and account number, and your total with be billed directly to your checking account. For recurring products and subscriptions the total will be billed on the same day each month, or the same day each week depending on the frequency of the subscription.
How do I review my subscription information?
When logged in, go the “View Subscription” page. This page comprehensively displays the information associated with a subscription, including the billing schedule, payment method, subscriber’s addresses, products, fees, taxes, shipping costs and other associated line items.
How do I upgrade (or downgrade) my weekly / monthly training and support package?
Just login to your account, then select “Switch Subscription” (Under My Subscriptions). If you don’t see the desired upgrade / downgrade option, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we’ll get you sorted.
Are upgrades / downgrades pro-rated?
Yes they are. You’ll be presented with an opportunity to review the prorated costs to process the upgrade/downgrade. An account credit or pro-rated debit will be presented to you on the Checkout screen.
