What's Included:

• Email campaigns drafted per a pre-planned editorial calendar (up to 20 campaigns / month)
• Copyediting (based off provided content), optimization, and quality control of email campaigns. Light copywriting as needed.
• Ongoing copyediting of website content as needed.
• Ongoing automations review / optimization / maintenance
• Ongoing list growth review / maintenance
• Unlimited Q&A Support via email to answer questions as they arise
• 1HR / month Phone support/consultation as needed
• Anything else? Just ask. This set-up is meant to provide flexibility for us to put the support focus where you need it without having to renegotiate every month. We know that some months will be heavier, some lighter, so if we can fit a small project in, we will.

What's Not Included:

• Original content / ads are not included.
• I do not guarantee same day replies to work requests. If I can't respond in full within the next business day, I will give you an eta within the next business day.

The Fine Print:

• Month-to-month contract. You may cancel anytime, though advance notice is appreciated.
• This monthly flat fee will be auto-billed each month until the agreement is canceled.
• If the support required begins to creep outside of the specifications of this monthly contract, I will let you know and issue a separate invoice billed at $150/hour, billed in 1/4 hour increments.
